Protein Skillet Cookie :
Today I made a giant protein cooking in a cast iron skillet, and it was great! I kind of just threw together the ingredients . Also I did not eat the whole thing in one sitting!
ingredients :
- 1 scoop chocolate protein
- 3 tbs coconut flour
- one plain small chobani
- a dash of baking soda
- chocolate chips ( optional )
- vanilla extract
- one egg
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Pre heat over to 350. Mix all ingredients together, my cookie dough wasn’t sticking together enough so I added more chobani . Once you get desired consistency scoop dough into a skillet. The skillet I used was a small one ( not sure the exact size ) Bake for 20-25 min. Right after I took it out of the oven I drizzled peanut butter on it, the heat from the cookie melted it.
