TRX Legs & Butt

TRX Legs & Butt:

Try this killer legs and butt trx workout. Do each move for 12-15 reps, do not rest in between moves. Repeat the whole thing 3-4 times. For an advanced workout do all four rounds with no rest. Good luck!

trx legs and butt             Workout:

  • 12-15 reps x3-4
  • squat jumps
  • lunge both legs
  • hip extension
  • leg curls
  • front squat
  • single leg squat
  • skater lunge
  • crossed leg squat

 

 

Tips: 

  • keep core tight
  • dont let knees track over toes during squats and lunges
  • make sure you are breathing
  • land softly when jumping
