Healthy Chocolate Mocha Pie :
This pie was so good! I ate it within 5 seconds!! It’s very easy to make. This recipe is for one serving however it would be great to make as a full size pie.
Ingredients :
crust
- 2 dates – pitted and chopped
- 1 graham cracker
- 1-2 tbl water
- 1 tbl oil ( olive or coconut )
filling
- jello pudding mix ( fat free-sugar free )
- already made protein shake – I used a coffee flavored one
How to make: pre heat over to 350. Place crust ingredients into food processor. I used my bullet blender, it worked great. Pulse ingredients till it’s all mixed. If its to dry add some more water. Crust should stick together but not be too watery. Pour crust into a greased pan and bake for 10-15 min. While crust is cooking make the filling. If you don’t have an already made protein shake you can use milk and then add protein powder after. Once crust is done add the filling and put in fridge for about 10 min. I’m sure you can skip this part, I just left it in the fridge while I cleaned up. Top with fat-free whipped cream.
