At Home Crossfit Workout:
Looking to try crossfit out? Here is a quick at home workout you can do. If you don’t have a box jump you can always use something from around the house. before I had one I would use the stairs, I would jump to the second or third step. If its your first time doing box jumps you can start by jumping onto the first step. For the workout you will do 10 box jumps immediately followed by 25 sits up, without rest repeat whole thing five times. Make sure you time your workout and revisit this workout every few months and see if you can beat your time!
