Cardio Killer Sunday:
Get your heart rates pumping with this at home interval routine. All you need is an interval timer. If you don’t have one just follow along with my video! Your going to do four moves for 50 seconds each with a ten 10 second rest in-between. You will do the whole thing 3-4 times with no rest at all. I like to do these interval routines in place of running and typical cardio. If you do this workout four times through that’s 16 straight minutes of fat blasting cardio. Make sure you pace yourself so you can get through the 50 seconds without stopping.
The workout: 50 sec work- 10 sec rest- x3-4
- ball taps
- squat jumps
- plank jacks
- front kicks
