Six Pack Abs

Six Pack Abs:

Grab your interval timers for this great plank workout.  You are going to want to wear sock or put your feet on a paper plate so you can slide them back and forth.   Do these  four moves for 50 seconds with a ten second rest. Don’t have a timer? Follow along to my video!
