Protein S’mores :
OH boy, this is delicious! It’s not exactly a s’mores but its pretty close and much healthier. I used fat-free, sugar-free jello pudding. Before adding the milk to the pudding I added a scoop of chocolate protein powder. While the pudding was setting I crushed one honey graham cracker and added it to my mason far. Once the pudding was set I added it on top of the crushed graham cracker then I topped it off with fat free cool whip. The cool whip I bought had 1 gram of sugar .

- protein powder
- 1 graham cracker
