Slam Ball Workout

Slam Ball Workout:

Get your hearts pumping with this at home slam ball routine. This workout will work your whole body, with focus on your core.  All you will need is a slam ball and an interval timer. I used the gymboss app, which is free! Set your times for 7 rounds. Each round will be 50 seconds with a 10 second rest in-between. Don’t have a timer? Then follow along to the video posted below!

the moves:

set times for 7 rounds- 50 sec work 10 sec rest-

  • squat slams
  • wod chop
  • ball push ups
  • standing mason twist
  • crunch ball throws
  • lunge slams
  • crunch twist slams
