Tone your arms with this great arms & abs circuit. Everyone wants to look good in a short sleeve shirt! These moves will target your shoulders and triceps ( the backs of your arms ).You can follow along with me or learn the moves with the video posted below. Do each move 10 times, with no rest and then repeat the circuit three times.
