Legs & Butt Circuit

Legs & Butt Circuit :

Follow along to my at home legs and butt workout. All you need is a set of dumbbells. Do each move 10 times and do the whole circuit three times though with no rest.

the workout:

  • 10 lunges
  • 10 single leg deadliest ( each leg )
  • 10 jump squats
  • 10 heels up lunges
  • 10 wide stance lunges
  • 10 jumping lunges
